Refund and cancellation policy

Notes are digital and delivered at once, so purchases cannot be cancelled once the file has been downloaded.

If the file is wrong, will not open, or is missing pages, write to aidigitalresearch@gmail.com within 7 days of buying with your order number. We will send a working copy or refund the full amount to the original payment method within 7 working days.

If you were charged but the notes never appeared in My Library, we refund in full.
