Delivery policy

NotePass sells digital files only; nothing is shipped. As soon as your payment is confirmed, the notes appear in My Library on your account.

You can download each purchase up to 3 times. Every download is a PDF stamped with your name, college and order number. Download links expire after five minutes, so each copy is made fresh when you ask for it.
